Acceptable Stay but Issues Noted
ineffective air conditioning separate breakfast location
The air conditioning was not effective. The room remained quite warm, impacting comfort. I also found the breakfast setup inconvenient as it was located in a separate building. This required going outside, not ideal in bad weather.

central location main attraction quiet hotel broken air conditioning high temperature single key
The location are really central. It are amazing for seeing all the main attractions. The hotel were quiet. This hotel be part of two with the other opposite.
Upon arrival the air conditioning was off and the room temperature were around 33 degrees. It takes hours to bring down the air temperature to 22 degrees. Hotel give us only one key even though there were two of us.

central location daily housekeeping convenient store
the location is central, close to saint mark's square. housekeeping cleaned rooms daily, a nice touch. there is a convenient grocery store nearby, just a short walk from the hotel.
the older style added some charm, but i noticed the lady at reception wasn't overly friendly .

my room included comfortable beds. bed linen was changed every day. the room offered enough space (more than i expected).

breakfasts are served in the hotel across the street. breakfast included croissants, cheese, meat, yogurts, and cereal. a lift operates up to the third floor (worth noting for those with heavy luggage).

the reception staff were helpful with questions. the staff generally seemed friendly. the hotel offers decent food in the restaurant (the pasta was great).
